Customer Service Representative – Order Management Specialist Position Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers through phone, email, and online chat while managing order processing activities. This role is responsible for order entry, order management, purchase order processing, customer communications, and resolving order‑related inquiries.
Note:
This is not a data manipulation or reporting position. The primary focus is customer support, order management, and purchase order processing.
- Support customers via telephone, email, and online chat regarding order placement, order status, tracking, and product information.
- Accurately process customer orders and transactions within the order management system.
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding orders, pricing, shipping, and product availability.
- Review and release assigned order holds while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Assist customers with terms and conditions, item specifications, and general order‑related requests.
- Identify and document potential sales leads when applicable.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while handling multiple orders and customer requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
- 1–2+ years of recent experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Order Entry, Call Center or Contact Center environments.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly coachable and open to feedback.
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, or Oracle Fusion.
- Bilingual in Spanish or French.
- Technical aptitude and interest in technology.
- Experience in technical customer support, electronics retail support, or computer‑related environments.
- Familiarity with computers, gaming, or technology as a hobby.

They are comfortable handling multiple priorities, working through complex order scenarios, and maintaining accuracy while delivering excellent customer service.
