Summary

• Perform and coordinate complex wildland fire dispatching functions, including initial attack, aviation, logistics, and intelligence operations, to ensure effective, timely, and safe mobilization, tracking, and support of resources for wildland fire and all‑hazard incidents.
• Participate in multi‑agency fire management planning and ensure ongoing emergency response preparedness.
• Provide logistical planning, coordination, program direction, and evaluation of the interagency logistics dispatch program.
• Act on behalf of the Center Manager within delegated authorities in their absence.

No substitution of education for experience at the grade level(s) of this announcement.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National.
• Suitability for federal employment determined by background investigation.

• Must operate a government (or private) motor vehicle as part of official duties and hold a valid state driver’s license throughout employment.
