*** Performs various secretarial and clerical support duties.
* Coordinates interdepartmental services and orders supplies.
* Prepares statistical reports, attends meetings, and handles mail.
* Orients new employees and ensures compliance with policies.
* Exercises judgment in prioritizing assignments and seeks direction when needed.
* Demonstrates telephone courtesy and responds promptly.

*** High School Diploma required,
* College degree preferred.
