The Payroll & Workforce Administrator is responsible for supporting accurate, timely, and confidential payroll processing while providing general human resources and administrative support. The position is primarily focused on payroll administration and also assists with employee records, onboarding, HR processes, reporting, and other administrative functions. The position is also responsible for maintaining accurate and complete employee information across internal payroll, HR, and workforce management systems.
This includes ensuring employees are properly entered into applicable systems, employment and payroll changes are updated promptly, required documentation is maintained, and information is consistent and accurate across systems.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable handling sensitive employee information. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to manage recurring deadlines while responding to changing priorities.
This is a full time, fully on-site, temp to hire or direct hire opportunity paying between $24-34 an hour depending on experience.
