Experienced Specialist (Hourly)
Experienced specialist within the IT user support job family. Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks. Complexity & problem solving:
Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice. Collaboration & interaction:
Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.
Local to Johnstown CO - This position is part time hybrid.
- Address and resolve in a timely manner end-user IT tickets.
- Most users are remote from corporate office and work in the field, so timely responses are critical.
- We are a Microsoft 365 shop.
- Part-time, ideally a few hours 5 days per week, may be able to hybrid after a period of on-boarding.
