Job DetailsSchedule:
7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday‑Friday, overtime as needed.
Pay: $23.25 / HR.
Job Level: 1.
Responsibilities- Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
- Clean and organize shelves and/or aisles each day with customer cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment for consumers.
- Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily with labels facing outward for distinguishing purchases.
- Rotate products to ensure product quality following a first‑in, first‑out stocking system.
- Build displays and other promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building items according to instruction and schedule set by supervisor and store management.
- Maintain and organize back rooms/back‑stock areas safely and accessibly. Prepare to return any credited product unfit for sale within assigned stores daily.
- Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements.
- Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to stores within your routes and maintain business‑use vehicle insurance (you are not responsible for transporting our products).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs.
- Mileage reimbursement.
- Local routes – allowing you to stay close to home and represent an international brand in your community.
Base pay range is $23.25 / HR plus a bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
