• Manage daily branch operations to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable performance.
• Maintain full responsibility for branch Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue growth, expense control, budgeting, and profitability.
• Oversee fleet utilization, scheduling, and equipment availability to maximize operational efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and supervise branch employees, including operators, drivers, mechanics, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, DOT regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate dispatching, logistics, and service delivery to meet customer needs and maximize productivity.
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is properly inspected, maintained, and repaired.
• Resolve customer, employee, and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate operational, safety, and financial records and reporting.

Vacuum Truck Rentals, LLC (VTR) was formed in 2000 by Payton Lockey and B.T. Steadman in response to market conditions in Louisiana and Mississippi.
