Centerline Energy Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in the Northern Colorado Market. As a big picture thinker, our Project Manager maintains the ability to work together as a team with our suppliers and our subcontractors. While working as a member of the construction team, a Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the right materials and equipment arrive at the correct project site, on time and on budget, with the right subcontractor to complete the job.

A successful Project Manager will possess the natural ability to effectively utilize time management and communication skills: scheduling material deliveries and project start times will always be a top priority for our pre-construction team. An increased sense of urgency and a high level of customer service is required to properly manage several projects and subcontractor crews at the same time; an understanding of budget and expenses is also required to complete each project within the scope of our work orders.

• Main roles and responsibilities: financial management, change management, scheduling, risk management, customer satisfaction, quality control, and invoicing.

• Lead, manage, and hold accountable direct reports such as Project Administrative Assistants.
• Manage projects through the entire project lifecycle.
• Oversee all aspects of the project including direct communication with clients, subcontractors, and vendors related to project cost, staffing and scheduling.
• Act as lead change agent with the ability to channel resources effectively, internally developing better practices and the ability to identify the impacts on the organization. Identify key stakeholders and manage relationships, risk and engagement to deliver the project’s outcomes successfully.
• Directly responsible for the financial performance of projects.
• Assures the company is represented professionally by providing outstanding customer service.

• Must be able to coordinate and collaborate with multiple personnel from the field to the office.
