NIGHT SHIFTS* Production Helper at Flowers Foods Johnstown

Position Overview

Bringing Home the Dough – Entry‑Level Production Line role, full‑time, day or night shift, factory/manufacturing setting.

• Perform production line tasks as directed by the person in charge.
• Perform routine tasks using standard procedures and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area(s).
• Practice and comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and work rules.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes‑Oxley, etc.).
• Perform other duties deemed integral to the role, including fulfillment of work schedules, adherence to attendance policies, and other applicable operating rules, policies, and procedures.

• No education required; must have demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and record necessary information applicable to job.

• Entry‑level position requiring minimal training.

• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Base salary: $20.90 – $22.00 per hour.
• Additional $2 per hour for 5:00p.m.–5:00a.m. shifts.
• Additional $2 per hour on weekends (potentially $4 total extra).
• Overtime available upon request/availability.
