Join our bakery production team as a Bakery Production Worker supporting a fast-paced food manufacturing operation in Johnstown, Colorado. In this role, you will operate and support production equipment, package bakery products, inspect quality, and help keep production lines running safely and efficiently. This is a hands‑on manufacturing position that requires working around bakery equipment, standing for extended periods, and following food safety standards.

Location | Compensation
Johnstown, CO | is $24.35 to $25.05 per hour

COMPENSATION:
The Hourly rate for this position is $24.35 to $25.05. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Operate and monitor bakery production equipment and continuous processing lines
• Rotate between production tasks including filling, wrapping, packaging, boxing, and palletizing products
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet production standards
• Safely operate around manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Report equipment malfunctions, product defects, and safety concerns promptly
• Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, OSHA, and company safety requirements
• Maintain accurate counts and packaging quantities during production runs
• Keep workstations, production areas, and equipment clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with production operators, leads, supervisors, and quality teams
• Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned

Required

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, or machine operation experience
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Experience working around production equipment or industrial machinery
• Strong attendance record and demonstrated job stability
• Basic math and counting skills
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to follow written and verbal safety instructions
• Must be eligible to obtain a food safety certification
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends as needed

Preferred

• Previous bakery production or food manufacturing experience
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards
• Experience operating packaging, filling, wrapping, or processing equipment
• Experience working in high-volume manufacturing environments
