Full-Time Night 3 x 12's and every other weekend rotation

**** What You’ll Do
****** As a Night Shift Floor RN, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care while working with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to support patients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities include:
*** Delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care in a psychiatric and behavioral health setting
* Administering medications and closely monitoring patient responses overnight
* Responding to crises with confidence, using de-escalation and intervention techniques
* Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
* Accurately documenting patient progress and maintaining compliance with all standards
* Offering education and reassurance to patients, helping them stay on track toward long-term wellness###
**** What We’re Looking For
***** Current RN license (in good standing).
* ADN considered with relevant experience.
* Prior psychiatric/behavioral health nursing experience a plus, but not required—training provided.
* Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Must be 21 years or older.
