Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital and Rehabilitation Hospital are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Day & Night Shift teams.

LPN Pay Range: $26.01 to $32.34

RN Pay Range: $37.23 to $44.49

• Night Monday
  - Thursday: $5.00
• Night Friday
  - Sunday: $8.00
• Day Friday
  - Sunday: $3.00

• Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, and case managers to implement and optimize treatment plans.
