We are looking for a Bow technician that is a hands-on expert who takes pride in the fine-tuning of a high-performance bow and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you. The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

  • Physical Capability: You are comfortably able to pull a 75lb draw weight
    , ensuring you can effectively test, demonstrate, and service high-performance hunting setups for our customers.
  • Technical Specialist: You have hands-on experience "wrenching" on bows, with a proven ability to install accessories, timing cams, and performing precision tuning.
  • Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
  • Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours: Average of 40-42 hours per week.
  • The Shift: Includes a mix of opening shifts (Between 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) up to 2 closing shifts (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM), and a set day off each week.
  • Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $22.00/HR.
