• Keep the Floor Moving: Seamlessly manage footwear inventory between the backstock and the sales floor for Men’s, Women’s, and Youth departments, ensuring sales associates have exactly what they need to support our customers.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a heavy work role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

• Hours: Average of 25 hours per week.
• The Shift: A couple evening shifts from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
• Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate.
