The Ideal Candidate
  • Physical Capability:
    You are comfortably able to pull a 70lb draw weight, ensuring you can effectively test, demonstrate, and service high‑performance hunting setups for our customers.
  • Technical Specialist:
    You have hands‑on experience "wrenching" on bows, with a proven ability to install accessories, timing cams, and perform precision tuning.
  • Culture Fit:
    You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
  • Skills:

    Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
  • Physicality:
    This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
  • Education:

    High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.
  • Candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours:

    Average of 15-20 hours per week.
  • The Shift: Evening shifts from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
  • Weekends:
    Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Must be available to work during those times.
  • Pay:
    The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $18.00/HR.

The job opportunity will remain posted until we have selected a qualified candidate to fill the position.

This is a long term position, not a seasonal role.
