We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and treat every customer like the most important person in the building.

• Ammo Knowledge: Experience with handgun calibers is a plus.
• Culture Fit: You arrive early (10 minutes is our standard!), bring high energy, and have a genuine desire to help others.
• Skills: Basic math and communication skills are essential for sales and reporting.
• Physicality: This is a "heavy work" role. You should be comfortable standing, walking, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 lbs.
• Education: High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience are preferred.

• Hours: Average of 15-20 hours per week
• The Shift: 2-3 evening shifts from (5:00 PM - 9:00 PM).
• Weekends: Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Must be available during these times.
• Pay: The posted compensation is a base hourly rate of $16.00/HR.

This is a year round position, NOT a seasonal role.
