Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming merchandise with efficiency to ensure correct counts
- Tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise to be put out on the sales floor or in back stock
- Assist the Merchandising Teams in distributing items to correct the Specialty Shop
- Organize clothing hangers and size labels
- Break down cardboard boxes and dispose of them in the trash compactor
- Operate a pallet jack to move shipments between platforms, storage, and work areas
- Perform work efficiently and effectively with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate strong organization, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate a computer and a handheld inventory computer/scanner
- Be professional in appearance and attitude, contribute to a positive team atmosphere by treating others with respect and consideration, while taking pride in being part of a winning team
- Maintain an orderly appearance of personal workspace and surrounding areas, leading to a safe work environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned by leadership
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Schedule and Compensation:
- Hours and Duration:
This part-time temporary role would start in September and end Mid-November with the option to apply for a permanent part-time or full-time role. Hours could range up to 30 per week. - The Shift: Shift times will be evening shifts from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
- Weekends:
Minimum of every other weekend (Saturdays between 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM; Sundays 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM). - Pay:
The hourly rate posted is a base hourly wage of $16.00/HR.
