We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support the preparation, verification, and management of credentials across a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and service.
Responsibilities- Review, verify, and process credentialing documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for individuals, providers, vendors, or partners as required.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts to request, clarify, and confirm information.
- Track application status, renewal dates, expirations, and outstanding requirements to ensure timely completion.
- Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up to resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to credentialing activities.
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and maintain service standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in credentialing, administrative support, compliance, or records management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
- Professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
- Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities.
