Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to support the preparation, verification, and management of credentials across a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and service.

Responsibilities
  • Review, verify, and process credentialing documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for individuals, providers, vendors, or partners as required.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external contacts to request, clarify, and confirm information.
  • Track application status, renewal dates, expirations, and outstanding requirements to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and follow up to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation related to credentialing activities.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and maintain service standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, healthcare administration, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in credentialing, administrative support, compliance, or records management preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office or similar software.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
