Administrative Assistant

Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums;

reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.

Basic Qualifications:

• Good computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office including:
  Outlook, Excel, Power-point and Word
• Experience in managing emails, calendars and schedules
• Experience greeting and hosting visitors

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel including creation of charts and metrics
• Experience with Lockheed Martin administrative systems
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a diverse team environment.
• Effective time management skills, ability to organize and prioritize work assignments, attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with team members using tools such as:
  Microsoft Teams

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $37700.00 - $69900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
