Field Excavation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Field Excavation Supervisor to lead and manage our on-site excavation crews. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of construction activities, equipment operation, and ensuring that our plumbing projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in strict compliance with safety protocols.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the sales process from start to end for home and business owners.
• Direct and supervise excavation crews, assigning daily tasks and monitoring crew productivity.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless daily site operations.
• Enforce all OSHA safety regulations, conduct daily toolbox talks, and maintain proper use of trench shoring and heavy equipment.
• Interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications to ensure mass grading and utilities are executed correctly.
• Track and report daily progress, labor hours, and materials used.

Qualifications and skills required:

• Minimum of 1-3+ years of direct experience as an Excavation Foreman, Site Supervisor, or Crew Lead.
• Proficiency in safely operating and supervising the use of heavy equipment (excavators, loaders, dozers, etc.).
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints and grading plans.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
