Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology

Required Skills:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine
  • Subspecialty training or experience in Hematology and Oncology
  • Valid medical license for the state of practice
  • Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with clinical research or trials
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Multilingual capabilities
  • Participation in professional societies or ongoing medical education
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • At least 2 years of post-residency experience in Hematology and Oncology
  • Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient advocacy and quality improvement
Other Requirements:
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing clinical needs and schedules
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotations if required
  • Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Travel reimbursements, licensure, and certification expenses covered when applicable
