Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training or experience in Hematology and Oncology.
• Strong clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Advanced certification or additional training in Hematology or Oncology.
• Experience with clinical research trials.
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse populations.
• Familiarity with the latest oncology treatment protocols and emerging therapies.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Licensed to practice in the state where the role is based or eligible for licensing.
• Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in Hematology and Oncology preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Active medical license and board certification.
• Ability to start on or after April 13, 2026.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
• Commitment to adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification expenses covered when applicable.

Compensation for this position is $1.00 hourly, with a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, weekly direct deposit, medical benefits (W-2), referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements.
