Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine with subspecialty training or experience in Hematology and Oncology.
- Strong clinical evaluation and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and safety.
- Advanced certification or additional training in Hematology or Oncology.
- Experience with clinical research trials.
- Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse populations.
- Familiarity with the latest oncology treatment protocols and emerging therapies.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensed to practice in the state where the role is based or eligible for licensing.
- Minimum of 2 years post-residency experience in Hematology and Oncology preferred.
- Active medical license and board certification.
- Ability to start on or after April 13, 2026.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
- Commitment to adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
- Travel reimbursement and licensure/certification expenses covered when applicable.
