Manufacturing Estimator

The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. The Manufacturing Estimator provides basic support and takes ownership of simple estimating assignments within the manufacturing domain. This role requires technical and operational proficiency in solving moderately complex problems, contributing to the completion of projects and programs for Department of Defense (DoD) clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Prepare Cost Estimates
• Data Collection and Analysis
• Project Support and Ownership
• Documentation and Reporting
• Collaboration and Communication
• Process Improvement
• Compliance and Quality Assurance
• Mentoring and Team Support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing, cost estimating, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated proficiency with cost estimating tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on simple assignments and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a DoD or government contracting environment.
• Familiarity with advanced cost estimating software.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interfacing with internal and/or external customers.
