Sheet Metal Fabricator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the medical equipment industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join their dynamic team. As a Sheet Metal Fabricator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $13

** Shift:
** Multiple shifts available: 5a-3p, 7a-5p (paint), 6a-4p (laborers). Must be open to all shifts based on client needs.

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate a brake press machine and other equipment to support production processes.

+ Set up and operate a press brake to bend, form, and shape metal according to blueprints and specifications.

+ Inspect raw materials and finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.

+ Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operation.

+ Assist across departments with tasks such as assembly, sanding, painting, packing, and quality control.

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.

+ Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Basic math and measurement skills.

+ High School Diploma or GED (preferred); previous manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
