What You'll Do
- Provide coverage for Urology call, including rounding on inpatients with approximately 2-4 beds
- Assist in outpatient clinic visits, patient consultations, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to deliver seamless patient care
- Participate in on-call rotations, managing urgent urology cases as required
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and clinical standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
What You Need
Required:
- Valid PA medical license (preferred)
- Clinical experience in urology or related fields
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
Preferred:
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient urology services
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
