• Provide neonatal critical care and support in a Level III NICU setting
• Perform procedures such as intubation, chest tubes, umbilical and PICC line placements, arterial sticks, and IV insertions
• Assist with resuscitation and stabilization of newborns, including those under 24 weeks’ gestation based on parental wishes
• Transport neonates when necessary
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Follow facility protocols and safety standards during all clinical activities

• Valid PA licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Minimum of 23 weeks NICU experience in a Level III setting
• Proficiency in advanced neonatal procedures
• Strong clinical skills, decision-making, and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to cover assigned shifts, be available for on-call or as-needed work
