- Assist with urology call coverage, including acute patient rounding
- Manage outpatient and inpatient urology cases
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exemplary patient care
- Document patient interactions accurately and efficiently
- Support the medical team during procedures and consultations
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety protocols
- Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification (required)
- DEA certification (preferred)
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience in urology or related specialty
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
