Current pay rates: $10/hour = base pay for part time customer service representative/pizza makers $13/hour = full time pizza makers $14/hour = full-time shift lead level 1 in training $15/hour + bonus = full-time certified shift lead level 1 (6-8 weeks) $16/hour + bonus = full-time shift lead level 1 certified for 3 months $17/hour + bonus = full-time shift lead level 1 certified for 1 year $18/hour + bonus = full-time certified shift lead level 2 (6-12 months) GMs = $50,000/year starting salary + bonus Full time = 30+ hours/week.
NOTE:
All full-time positions are eligible for health insurance and paid time off Part time shift leads will = $1/hour less.
