Responsibilities:
  • Lead the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders, supporting key business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, corporate policies, and internal controls.
  • Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, helping to build a high-performing team.
  • Oversee project teams across the organization and manage financial aspects from start to completion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a large, complex organization or public accounting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPA or advanced certification is a plus.
