Monahan Filaments is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to manage billing, cash application, and collections.
Key responsibilities- Generating accurate invoices and once reviewed, send invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Perform daily cash application and reconcile payments to customer accounts.
- Monitor aging reports and advise customer service/sales managers of any delinquent accounts.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer files.
- Processing payroll and reconciliation of payroll reports.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable; preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica experience a plus).
- Strong attention to details and ability to work under deadlines.
