Job Description
LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Cash Applications Specialist in Schaumburg, IL on a temp‑to‑hire basis.
Temp to hire
Temp Pay: $20-22/hour
Salary: $45-50K
Duration: 3-6 months
Worksite
Location:
100% Onsite in Schaumburg, IL
- Posting payments such as lockbox deposits, wire transfers, credit card and ACH payments
- Processes credit card payments
- Prepares journal entries as needed
- Assists in reconciling cash accounts for month‑end and year‑end as needed
- Resolve any questions regarding payment discrepancies with customers
- Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
