We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Data Clerk to assist with data entry, record maintenance, document processing, and general administrative support.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with computers and digital systems, have strong attention to detail, and be able to accurately process information while meeting established deadlines. This position is suitable for someone who enjoys organized, structured work and can work independently as well as part of a team.
Depending on business needs and candidate qualifications, this position may be available onsite or offsite.
Responsibilities- Enter, update, and maintain information in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Process and organize documents, forms, records, and other business information.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information and assist with corrections.
- Retrieve and organize information as requested by management or team members.
- Prepare basic reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries.
- Assist with scanning, uploading, filing, and organizing documents.
- Communicate with team members to verify or obtain required information.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer, employee, and company information.
- Follow established data entry, document management, and administrative procedures.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within established deadlines.
- Provide general clerical and administrative assistance as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based systems.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
Onsite:Work from our designated office location and collaborate with team members in a professional office environment.
Offsite:Work remotely from a suitable and professional workspace while maintaining reliable communication, productivity, data security, and availability during scheduled working hours.
