• Assist service technicians by promptly issuing parts and accessories from the service parts counter.
• Look up, quote, and sell automotive parts to retail, wholesale, service, and phone customers.
• Process incoming and outgoing parts accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory through regular cycle counts and inventory management.
• Organize and maintain parts files, catalogs, reference materials, and related paperwork.
• Help achieve monthly parts sales goals.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory while maintaining a clean and orderly parts department.
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure timely parts availability.

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive parts counter experience required.
• Automotive dealership parts experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and locate automotive parts accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Shift is 10:30-7:00pm and every Saturday 7:00-3:00pm (with one scheduled weekday off).
