Role Summary
This role is responsible for leading end-to-end transformation initiatives across Wealth Consumer Lending and Deposit Products, with a primary focus on product innovation, process optimization, and distribution strategy. Sitting at the intersection of lending and deposits, this leader will drive execution of strategic initiatives from concept through delivery—ensuring alignment to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives spanning lending and deposit products, from ideation through implementation and adoption.
- Drive product strategy and enhancements, including pricing, features, and client experience improvements.
- Identify and execute process efficiencies and simplification opportunities to reduce manual work and improve scalability.
- Partner with Distribution, Sales, and Client Teams to strengthen go‑to‑market execution, drive adoption, and increase product penetration.
- Serve as a liaison across Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Operations to ensure coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Establish clear success metrics tied to balance growth, client acquisition, and ROE optimization.
- Digital Enablement as a Competitive Advantage: modernize the client and advisor experience by delivering digital solutions that simplify workflows, improve speed to market, and enhance competitiveness.
- Salesforce Engagement & Growth: activate and enable the salesforce with better tools, insights, and product positioning to drive higher balances, deeper client penetration, and increased share of wallet across all consumer products.
- End‑to‑End Experience Ownership: ensure alignment of product design, pricing, policy, and distribution to create a seamless and differentiated client experience.
- Strong background in product management, transformation, or strategic initiatives within financial services.
- Experience across lending and/or deposit products, with an understanding of pricing, risk, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional programs and influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvement, digital enablement, and business growth outcomes.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and post‑secondary degree in Business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong experience with consumer/commercial credit applicable to retail and business financing products.
- Strong experience working with retail and business product fundamentals, including product design, functionality, and related policies and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of product delivery infrastructure systems and underlying product interdependencies.
- In‑depth retail and business banking environmental awareness/understanding.
- In‑depth risk management associated with new and existing product development and management.
- Strong knowledge of process coordination and management.
- Strong knowledge of banking product management and associated industry and regulatory requirements.
- Building business cases; researching market trends; relationship management; analytics and reporting; product marketing; negotiation skills.
- Software and systems architecture knowledge; financial understanding.
- Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience, and industry knowledge.
- Verbal & written communication skills (in‑depth/expert).
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills (in‑depth/expert).

$91,800.00 - $ (salaried; commission structure may apply)
