Plant Office Administrator – Rehrig Pacific Company

Pay: $20.00/hr

What You’ll Do:

As the backbone of our plant operations, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track. Your day‑to‑day will include:

  • Championing safety by following and promoting our safety‑first culture.
  • Coordinating deliveries and working with carriers, recyclers, and our transportation team.
  • Managing production, inventory, and transportation reports through customer portals.
  • Handling payroll, PTO, and attendance tracking with precision.
  • Supporting employees with onboarding, leave requests, and other HR paperwork.
  • Keeping records and files organized and up to date.
  • Communicating professionally with everyone from drivers to vendors to plant leadership.
  • Jumping in to help with customer service and other duties as needed.
What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone who’s:

  • Experienced in administrative work (big plus if it’s in a warehouse or manufacturing setting!).
  • A master of multitasking, organization, and time management.
  • Tech‑savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web‑based systems.
  • A strong communicator—written, verbal, and email.
  • Customer‑focused and team‑oriented.
  • Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
  • Forklift experience? Also a plus, but not required.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
