Our team is dedicated to the values, mission, and unique culture within our organization that celebrates our people.
We believe in fostering an environment where employees can be their authentic selves and know that they are viewed as integral members of the Rehrig Pacific Family.
As the backbone of our plant operations, you’ll play a key role in keeping everything on track. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Championing safety by following and promoting our safety‑first culture.
- Coordinating deliveries and working with carriers, recyclers, and our transportation team.

- Jumping in to help with customer service and other duties as needed.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Experienced in administrative work (big plus if it’s in a warehouse or manufacturing setting!).
- A master of multitasking, organization, and time management.
- Tech‑savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web‑based systems.
- A strong communicator—written, verbal, and email.
- Customer‑focused and team‑oriented.
- Bilingual in Spanish? That’s a big plus!
- Forklift experience? Also a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Be part of a supportive, diverse team.
- Make a real impact every day.
- Grow your skills in a fast‑moving, hands‑on environment.
- Enjoy a role that’s never boring and always evolving.
