Senior Operations Management Trainee (Senior OMT)
Seeking a senior leader to join Bio Life Plasma Services’s advanced leadership development program. The role involves traveling up to 95% of the time across the U.S., gaining hands‑on experience at plasma centers, and preparing for a Plasma Center Operations Manager position. Completion of the six‑month training program leads to a permanent Manager role with opportunities to open and operate new centers.

A Typical Day For You May Include- Continuous Learning & Development:
Six‑month expedited training, then 12 months to obtain a Plasma Center Manager position. Hands‑on learning with mentorship across all aspects of high‑volume plasma collection facilities. - Team Management:
Cultivate a positive environment, motivate diverse team members, provide feedback, conduct performance reviews, participate in staff planning, recruiting, engagement and retention. - Career Advancement:
Progress toward Manager position, build relationships across Bio Life, and gain opportunities to open and operate brand new plasma centers. - Supportive Teamwork:
Operate in a fast‑paced environment, provide operational support, conduct management training, solve problems, and communicate with senior leadership. - Exceptional Customer Service:
Retain donors through a positive donor experience and assistance with production. - Travel Opportunities:
Network with Bio Life team across the country and return home every other weekend.
- Relocate upon graduation or completion of the Trainee Program and choose applicable location.
- 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports).
- Up to 90‑100% travel during the Trainee Program.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders, and operate at various locations.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license throughout the program.
- Weight handling: lift up to 5 lbs. occasionally up to 32 lbs., rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, hearing ability for equipment in distance.
- Occasional exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1) requiring prolonged glove wear.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with SOPs, GDP, GMP, CLIA, and FDA regulations.
- Experience in highly regulated or high‑volume retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, technical, and leadership skills.
Base salary ranges from $80,000.00 to $ USD, with potential short‑term and long‑term incentives. Eligible for medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well‑being benefits, up to 80 hours of sick time, and up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
