They're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a critical product area, leading strategy from concept through execution while partnering with engineering, analytics, operations and executive leadership. This isn't a feature factory role—you'll be responsible for defining what gets built, why it matters, and how success is measured. • Own, define, and execute the product vision and roadmap for a core business area.
• Identify new opportunities to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business performance.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Build compelling business cases for new products and strategic initiatives.
• Define success metrics and use data to continuously optimize product performance.
• Partner closely with Engineering to translate ideas into scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Analytics, Design, and Commercial teams to deliver high-impact product launches.
• Drive experimentation through A/B testing and iterative product development.
• Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory requirements within a highly governed environment.

• 6+ years of Product Management experience building and launching digital products.
• A track record of delivering products that create measurable customer and business value.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence using SQL and data to influence decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level.
• Experience with in fintech, financial services, lending, payments, or another regulated industry is highly desirable.
