Business Development Manager

SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead global client acquisition and strategic partnerships for our staffing and recruitment business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling recruitment, staffing, RPO, contract staffing, permanent staffing, and workforce solutions across India and international markets.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute global business development strategies.
- Acquire new clients across IT and Non-IT sectors.
- Build relationships with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Procurement Teams, MSPs, and Vendor Managers.
- Drive vendor onboarding with large enterprises, GCCs, consulting firms, and system integrators.
- Build partnerships with recruitment agencies globally.
- Lead participation in industry associations such as NASSCOM, Tech Serve, VINASA, Chambers of Commerce, etc.
- Manage and mentor Business Development Executives.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
