Project Superintendent

We are currently working with a reputable General Contractor that is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial interiors projects across the market.

This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day field operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

• Workplace Renovations
• Retail & Hospitality Interiors
• Healthcare & Commercial Buildouts
• Oversee daily field operations from project kickoff through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and site coordination activities
• Maintain project safety standards and enforce jobsite compliance
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and material logistics
• Work closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and ownership teams
• Drive project schedules and proactively identify/resolution field issues
• Ensure quality control and successful project execution
• Lead punch list and final closeout activities

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
• Strong background managing interiors / tenant improvement projects
• Ability to manage fast-paced projects with aggressive schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficient with construction scheduling and field coordination

• Base salary ranging from $125K–$155K depending on experience
