Project Executive

We are partnering with an established national general contractor that is making a significant investment in the continued growth of its data center and mission-critical construction business. They are looking to appoint a Project Executive to provide senior leadership across major projects and support the continued development of the division.

The Project Executive will provide strategic and operational leadership across large-scale data center developments, overseeing project teams while maintaining senior-level relationships with clients, trade partners and other stakeholders.

• Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery against safety, schedule, cost and quality objectives.
• Maintain senior relationships with clients, subcontractors, design partners and key stakeholders.
• Oversee project financial performance, forecasting, contracts and risk.
• Support projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Senior Project Managers, Project Managers and wider delivery teams.
• Support business development, pursuits and the development of new client relationships.
• Assist with project staffing, resource planning and overall delivery strategy.
• Help develop best practices as the company's mission-critical platform continues to grow.

• Strong background with a general contractor in the data center/mission-critical sector.
• Proven experience providing senior leadership across major, high-value construction programs.
• Experience overseeing multiple project teams and senior construction professionals.
• Strong understanding of contracts, commercial management, project controls and risk.
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-management capabilities.
• Ability to combine successful project execution with broader strategic and commercial responsibilities.
