Job OverviewGraphic Designer – Parts Town
Design and execute campaigns aligned with our brand identity and business strategy, supporting the Marketing team through concept development, creation, and refinement of print and digital assets.

- Create, redesign, maintain or revise print and digital assets across ads, flyers, signs, websites, landing pages, banner ads, social media content, emails, presentation decks, infographics and iconography using Adobe Creative Suite or other preferred tools.
- Collaborate with team to develop and maintain brand standards for cross‑channel communications.
- Support additional creative assignments for internal or external marketing efforts as needed.
- Contribute to meetings with peers and managers to exchange project information and ideas.
- Minimum 3+ years graphic design experience with ability to juggle multiple tasks under deadline.
- Comfortable following direction, receiving feedback and asking questions.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and able to transition from layout design to motion graphics and animation.
- Tech‑first mindset, using AI to spark inspiration and expedite multi‑channel design assets.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and artistic judgement.
- Solid understanding of graphic design, typography, technology and digital standards; able to recommend improvements.
- Willingness to learn coding concepts such as HTML and CSS.
- Ability to design to brand standards and audience needs with a personal creative flair.
- Detail‑oriented, efficient, organized, self‑starter, highly productive and collaborative.
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Photography and video skills are a plus.
Hourly rate: $27.03 – $36.48 (based on qualifications, experience and location). Some roles offer profit‑sharing and annual bonus opportunities.
