Service Advisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Joliet, IL at Hawk Chevy. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their vehicle service needs. Key tasks include scheduling service appointments, discussing required maintenance and repairs with customers, providing cost estimates, keeping the customer updated throughout the service process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, striving to deliver an excellent experience.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer-focused Service, and building relationships built on trust
• Experience in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to clearly and effectively explain service details
• Familiarity with Aftersales processes and automotive services is a plus
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing quality service to customers
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or technical certifications are a plus
• Proficiency with computer systems and relevant software
