About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Independent Travel Booking Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will design and book exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research, design, and coordinate customized travel itineraries

  • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and budgets

  • Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, and event tickets

  • Stay up to date on destination information, travel advisories, and industry updates

  • Participate in ongoing training programs and supplier webinars to maintain certifications and expand destination expertise

  • Develop promotional materials and marketing initiatives to attract new clients

  • Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after travel

  • Resolve booking issues and provide timely support when needed

  • Build relationships with tour operators and travel suppliers to offer competitive packages

Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Access to a smartphone with reliable internet (laptop recommended but not required)

  • Personal travel experience preferred but not required

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory
