About the OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Independent Travel Booking Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will design and book exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients worldwide.

Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, design, and coordinate customized travel itineraries
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and budgets
Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tours, and event tickets
Stay up to date on destination information, travel advisories, and industry updates
Participate in ongoing training programs and supplier webinars to maintain certifications and expand destination expertise
Develop promotional materials and marketing initiatives to attract new clients
Communicate effectively with clients before, during, and after travel
Resolve booking issues and provide timely support when needed
Build relationships with tour operators and travel suppliers to offer competitive packages
Must be 18 years or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Access to a smartphone with reliable internet (laptop recommended but not required)
Personal travel experience preferred but not required
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is beneficial but not mandatory
