Monday–Friday, 7:00a.m.–3:00p.m. (may include overtime and occasional weekend work)
Base Pay: $20.50 per hour, plus skill pay and shift differentials

Summary

The Client Service Coordinator (CSC) serves as the primary liaison between clients and Saddle Creek Logistics Services. The CSC provides high‑quality, professional client service, resolving a wide range of client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring positive relationships with partners, agencies, and the public.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers verbally and in writing with a professional and positive attitude
  • Support client relationships by acting as an extension of the client’s business
  • Build strong rapport with partners, manage relationships, set expectations, and communicate status updates
  • Assist clients with questions, offer solutions, research issues, and provide status updates
  • Enter, review, coordinate, and track progress on all client‑requested enhancements and issue tickets
  • Proactively identify process improvements that enhance the client experience and streamline operations
  • Maintain service reports shared with clients that provide visibility into volumes, SLAs, etc.
  • Participate in and present at client meetings as needed
  • Communicate client‑requested projects with operations (kitting, receiving, etc.)
  • Coordinate and provide professional communication with clients, client retailers, and SCLS vendors
  • Support parcel requests and issues from carriers or clients, escalating as required
  • Oversee CRM and dispatch tickets appropriately
  • Support new client implementations and enhancements as needed
  • Navigate warehouse systems as required for client requests
Qualifications
  • Associate’s Degree preferred;
    High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least six (6) months of experience in a customer service role
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially via e‑mail and phone
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to present to others
  • Excellent problem‑solving and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively
  • Attention to detail in preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Technology savvy; proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and knowledge of PowerPoint preferred
  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments with wide temperature ranges
  • Collaborative and engaging with colleagues at all levels of the organization
