• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external clients.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues, determining causes, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting corrections, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Process and coordinate routine and special customer order transactions.
• Maintain current knowledge of Winebow products.
• Work closely with Sales staff, providing support and feedback regarding client communication.
• Provide phone coverage and support for Sales staff and their clients as needed.
• Respond to emergency orders and customer service issues promptly.
• Assist or attract potential customers by answering product questions and suggesting related products and services.
• Be a team player, prioritize tasks, multi‑task, and work well under demand to meet deadlines.
• Meet agreed goals and objectives efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Arrive for work, appointments, meetings, and other functions on time.
• Perform overtime when required.
• Cover the front reception desk as needed.
• Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
• Resolve customer issues/problems.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; communicate hazards and suggest improvements.

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of Customer Service experience.
• Prior computer and phone customer service experience in the luxury goods sector.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience in the wine industry and/or wine knowledge preferred.

Normal office environment. Tasks require sitting, standing, bending, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity, and lifting up to 10lbs.
