Route 12 Rental in Arlington Heights, IL is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to work with customers to set up rental agreements for equipment, answer phones, and provide quotes using our POS system for equipment, trucks, and trailers.
Qualified candidates have direct customer service experience in a similar environment, are comfortable with 60-80 calls daily, and proficient with email. Knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus and training is provided on site.
