About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager who is ready to take ownership of a practice and lead with confidence. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys building strong teams, and takes pride in driving both patient experience and business success.

You’ll serve as the central leader of the office, supporting providers, coaching team members, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Scheduling
  • Maintain a full, productive schedule for providers
  • Oversee patient flow, recall systems, and appointment optimization
  • Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
  • Drive monthly production and collection goals
  • Manage office expenses and labor costs
  • Maintain 95%+ over-the-counter collections
  • Monitor A/R and production reports to proactively address gaps
  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing team members
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability
  • Lead daily huddles to ensure team alignment and success
  • Identify and develop future leaders within the practice
  • Set the standard for excellent patient care and service
  • Address patient concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Support local marketing and community outreach initiatives
Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and dental regulations
  • Manage vendor relationships, supplies, and equipment maintenance
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and office standards
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of dental administrative experience
  • 1+ year of team leadership or management experience
  • Proficiency in Dentrix and/or Denticon
  • Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of achieving performance goals
Preferred Experience
  • Background as a dental assistant, receptionist, or hygienist
  • Previous office management or lead coordinator experience
