100% outpatient; no inpatient responsibilities or hospital call
Schedule:
Monday"Friday, daytime hours, 36 patient-facing hours per week plus 4 hours of administrative timeAverage volume: 18"25 patients per day
Supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team
EMR:
EpicBase salary: $275,000"$300,000 with additional productivity incentives
Provide comprehensive primary care
Perform preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
Coordinate care with behavioral health, nutrition, and specialty services
Participate in quality initiatives, population health efforts, and value-based care programs
Maintain accurate, compliant EMR documentation
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
Active or eligible Illinois medical license
