Full-time Family Medicine Physician (BC/BE) in an established, outpatient-only practice 100% outpatient; no inpatient responsibilities or hospital call

Schedule:

Monday"Friday, daytime hours, 36 patient-facing hours per week plus 4 hours of administrative time Average volume: 18"25 patients per day Supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team EMR:
Epic Base salary: $275,000"$300,000 with additional productivity incentives Provide comprehensive primary care for patients from newborns through geriatrics Perform preventive care, acute illness management, and chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension) Perform common office procedures (e.g., joint injections, minor skin procedures, suturing, womens health services) Coordinate care with behavioral health, nutrition, and specialty services Participate in quality initiatives, population health efforts, and value-based care programs Maintain accurate, compliant EMR documentation MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine Active or eligible Illinois medical license Strong communication skills and a compassionate, evidence-based, patient-first approach Competitive compensation and comprehensive, flexible benefits package Total rewards include paid time off, 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and multiple voluntary benefit options Reasonable total compensation estimate (salary plus benefits and other compensation) is $275,000"$300,000 annually Final starting compensation determined based on experience, skills, education, credentials, and licensure
