Compensation: Up to $65/hr (based on experience)

Conduct psychological evaluations (cognitive, social-emotional, behavioral) to assess student needs.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and IEP teams to develop data-driven intervention plans.

Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling support for students.

Assist in MTSS/RTI implementation, including progress monitoring and tiered supports.

Participate in IEP/504 meetings, offering expertise on accommodations and specialized services.

Advocate for equitable practices to support diverse learners (disabilities, ELL, at‑risk youth).

Train staff on mental health awareness, behavioral strategies, and trauma‑informed care.

Maintain confidential, compliant records aligned with IDEA and Illinois state guidelines.

Master’s or Specialist Degree in School Psychology (or related field).

Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement or eligibility.
